Provocatively Authentic personal coaching services are hourly sessions designed for people who want to create and achieve specific goals. Below is a non-exhaustive list of the goals we can curate and work on together. Of course, there will be overlaps!
anxiety reduction: including generalized as well as social anxiety;
setting and maintaining personal boundaries;
working through codependence;
building and deepening your spiritual core and concepts of higher power;
nurturing self-love and self-care skills;
identifying, illuminating and resolving personal blocks and blind spots;
working through complex trauma
I typically see the greatest success meeting with clients weekly but we can also work with other frequencies
Clients will receive motivational voice notes and emails in between sessions as well as assignments to ensure the work isn’t limited to session work like other therapeutic modalities
